Microchannel air condenser
Features: microchannel parallel flow air-cooling condenser is designed specifically for refrigeration condensing unit and parallel compressor unit designed for the high condensation heat sink. Different fan number combination ensures the condensing pressure adjustment, also can choose external rotor motor to decrease the motor noise.
Refrigerant: sutiable for R22, R134a,R410A,R32 and other kinds of refrigerants.

 

 

Compared with the traditional copper fin condenser, aluminum alloy microchannel parallel flow air-cooling condenser has the following advantages:

1. The reliability is higher: adopt aluminum alloy material, the surface anti-corrosion spray zinc processing, according to the requirements of different design, blasting to maximum pressure of 20 mpa;use R410A and R32, condensing pressure higher environmental protection refrigerants.

2.Better corrsion resistance,long service life of 10 years(salt corrosion test for 500 hours without leakage;general condenser copper tube cluminum finned in the same 500 hours salt corrsion test, the aluminum will fall and failure. Therefore,on the basis of an analysis of the corrosion failure,corrosion of aluminum alloy material,surface spraying zinc treatment of parallel flow condenser,the live is longer than traditional condenser copper tube aluminum finned.

3. Air side pressure loss is smaller,wind resistance is small(small motor configuration power),low noise,fan energy consumption is lower.

4.Compact design, smaller volume, consumables more saving, lighter weight;

5. In high thermal efficiency, generally, a 5HP middle temperature compressor needs 41 square air-cooling condenser of traditional copper tube aluminum finned. If use the parallel flow condenser, the heat exchange area of 14.2 square,in the same suction pressure and ambient temperature of 32 degrees centigrade,the condensing pressure lower than traditional condenser 1.5 kgf/cm2.

6. Less filled volume of the refrigerant.

7. Heat exchanger material is easier to recycle.
